SGV Flag Football is the leading Girls Flag Football League in the San Gabriel Valley!

Our Mission is to provide a comprehensive, year round Flag Football development program. Led by the vision of Coach Reuben Chavira, Head Flag Football coach for Glen A Wilson High School, this development training program has the long-term intention of preparing young girls to compete at their respective high schools and college after that.

With this in mind, SGV Flag Football has established 3 main support frameworks:

High School Development - The Wildcat Tournaments are Monthly 7v7 Tourneys played at Wilson High School and has become the largest continuous tournament in Southern California, with over 30 high school teams having competed throughout the Summer and over 500 girls! Players do not have to register as part of a team, they can also register as 'free agents' where they will be assigned to a team that would be happy to play with them. This is a great opportunity to play flag football in the offseason without committing to a club team. Or the opposite is also true, club teams have found that the Wildcat Tournaments are the perfect place for them to sharpen their skills against talent from across Southern California!

Offseason Development - Top Tier Flag Football is the leading club for athletes in the San Gabriel Valley. Led by Wilson Head Coach Reuben Chavira, Top Tier is dedicated to the training and development of all skill levels, from beginner to all-star. Top Tier trains athletes to compete against other offseason teams in Tournament and League formats. Players can come 2x a week just for coaching/training with Coach Reuben, who has trained 10 League Champions combined in Flag Football and Track & Field, or they can skip the training and focus on the games themselves.

NFL Flag League - Wilson Head Coach Reuben Chavira is the League Owner for the official NFL Flag League for the Hacienda Heights area. Although games are played in Hacienda Heights and the league is branded as NFL Flag SGV, participating athletes do not have to live in Hacienda Heights or the San Gabriel Valley to register. NFL Flag SGV intends to build a High School Division team that goes to the National NFL Flag Football Tournament next Summer in July. We welcome all Southern California talent to join us in this pursuit! The games are scheduled for Saturday mornings beginning at 10am
